Ingredients (no butter or oil)

•75 gr sugar
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
• 100 gr melted dark chocolate 64 %
• 10 gr cocoa
• 50g flour
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
•1 pinch of salt
1.Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
2. grate the zucchini. Press the zucchini by hand to remove some excess water.
3.Beat the eggs with the sugar. Add zucchini, flour, yeast, cocoa, salt and melted chocolate. Mix to blend.
4.Pour batter into a buttered pan, loaf pan, muffin pans or round. Option: Top with crumble mix (see recipe below) or chocolate chips
5.Cook at 180 ° for 30 minutes.
6.Let cool 5 minutes before unmolding.

Chocolate Crumble
100 gr flour
120g sugar
100g ground almonds
30g cocoa powder
salt 1/4
120g cold butter cut into cubes
In a food processor, place all ingredients and mix until sandy, Add a few drops of water if necessary. Do not over mix. When pressed it should stick together and form coarse pieces.
Refrigerate 30 minutes. Before cooking cakes or individual cupcake, add raw crumble generously on top,can also add nuts or chocolate chips .
