Tea time in the afternoon is a the perfect occasion to prepare a table of goodies to nibble from sandwiches, savory eclairs to scones , cakes and cookies.
I made these “Tea bag” cookies for a friends birthday. It was fun to add the personalized tags and box to match.Use my Roll out cookie dough recipe. Then use a tea bag as your model and cut a pattern.Refridgerate the the rolled dough to make a clean cut.Cook in a 170°C oven, not to hot so that the cookies cook completely while only lightly golden.Coll well then dip in tempered milk or dar chocolate. See my post on quick microwave tempering.
