Breakfast Muesli for Agnès & Maria

Today 2 friends asks me for my Muesli recipe so i rushed home to make a batch and but it online!As you see in the photo, it can be made either with milk or soy products with the same results.

This is my son Gaetan’s favorite breakfast with an added dash of some cinnamon before serving and some honey since  the recipe is not overly sweetened. In spring and summer this muesli is extra gourmand topped with fresh berries. In the winter we add bananas , raisins and nuts.You can be creative,the choice is yours, enjoy! K


*Make your muesli the night before so that the oats have time to soak up the liquid.

150 gr milk ,  almond milk, or any kind of soy milk

250 gr ( 2 pots) yogurt,   either milk or soy work the same

75 gr oatmeal flakes , not the whole wheat kind, they are too hard

25- 50gr sugar

1 apple  peeled & grated

*before serving top with: bananas, almonds , cinnamon, raisins, or  fresh berries

  • In a bowl mix all the ingredients together. Cover overnight in the refrigerator.
  • Before serving ,taste add more milk or yogurt if it is too thick.
