Mini Doughnuts ; Baked style not fried
210 gr flour
120 gr white sugar
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
125 gr soft butter
1 egg
200 ml milk or 200 gr
Vanilla
In a bowl mix the butter, sugar & eggs until smooth. Add the dry ingredients then the
Milk. The batter is the consistency of a liquid cake batter. Preheat the doughnut oven.
I use a pastry bag to fill the bottom half of the doughnut molds almost completely then close
The machine and cook 5 minutes. Remove onto a rack to cool. When cool glaze or sugar them.
Cinnamon sugar Doughnuts; Brush all the sides with melted butter then roll in a small bowl of
Sugar mixed with cinnamon and let set on a plate.
Powdered sugar Doughnuts; Brush all the sides with melted butter ,place the doughnut on a plate &
Sprinkle with powdered sugar ,turn & sprinkle the other side and
transfer them to a clean plate.
Chocolate glazed Doughnuts; 1/4 cup milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract , 2 cups confectioners’ sugar,
2 soup spoons( tbsp.) of unsweetened cocoa powder. Mix together
And heat until very warm, not hot, if it is too hot it will not shine.
Then dip each doughnut top into the glaze, wipe off excess and
sprinkle with chocolate candies before the glaze dries.
