1 egg white
70 gr (¼ cup) honey
1 tbsp brown sugar
Vanilla & or cinnamon
200 gr (2 cups) quick cook oats
1 cup chopped nuts, almonds hazelnut, pecans etc.
½ cup raisins
Preheat the oven to 180°C/ 375 °F.

A baking sheet.Bake at least 20 minutes until golden brown, while it is baking turn the granola so that it browns evenly.
Add the raisins after baking so that they stay plump and tender. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
